this has become a blog of complaints instead of a blog to share my life with frens (well.. technically complaints are a part of my life... but i think the whole blog is being overrun by complaints... there's simply not enough nice/happy things happening right now ~_~)

i spent the last week (including the weekend - to some extent) worrying about some 'misplaced' certs, wondering whether my boss is going scold me, whether there'll be extra charges for the re-issuing of certs. only to have my colleague discover the certs kiap b/w a book! yesterday somemore! neh neh! the whole of last week.. i was like asking around the office whether anyone saw it.. and NO ONE saw it.. of cos didn't see lah.. bloody hell kiap b/w a book! i asked the courier guy also.. he say he passed to one of my colleague. but of cos no one remembered passing me the certs cos it's and i repeat kiap b/w a book! and the worse thing was... there wasn't even a note to tell us that it was kiap b/w the book! of cos i didn't look thru the book, because it was some technical shit that i just hand over to the tech SI in the CO.

i mean if u wanted to kiap the certs b/w the book then at least like put a post it note on the cover to say 'certs are enclosed in the book' or something to that effect. to ALERT pple?!?! and maybe since it's a binded book - kiap it b/w the transparent cover and cover page lah. then at least the person can see it at once right? and wld know how to take it out right? but nooooo..... the person over at the other company didn't!

and when i emailed HER to ask for re issuance she emailed back a semi snide remark about being responsible for the housekeeping and not make them go thru additional admin work. surely leh!!! KNN! and she was being responsible by kiap-ing the certs b/w the book w/o a note to let us know so?! granted i prob cld have looked thru - but not my job scope to read thru tech stuff.. i'm admin leh! i guess it boils down to personal expectations of how certain things are to be done. i mean if i were her i wld have stuck a note there... or kiap b/w the transparent cover and cover page. i wanted to write her an email back - 'next time please put a note on the front to alert us about the certs enclosed within the pages of the book' - but then perhaps i cld have done better by looking thru the book despite being in admin. and maybe shd implement one more paperwork (and yes kill more trees) by having the courier noting down what items he collected from the other company and then before handing over to me, make me check thru and sign.

on hindsight.. there is prob happy things going on now.. going to take up golf and korean.. so i'm going to call the lang class today!! yay!! can't wait.. and i have infected another few others with the xman virus.... wahahhahah! i'm the bane of all thesis writers! (sorry!) ^_^ and i had a good 'run' yesterday with gui and erm.. been having pleasant conversations with a toot the last few days.. ^_^ still waiting replies to my emails... from mr ostrich in wisconsin and ms bubbles!
